For the model take a cube, extrude all faces in the direction of their
normal and apply smoothing.
The upper left version shows this model with some lighting.
I used the famous "coffee shop in Palo Alto" texture (Plate 21 in the
book "OpenGL programming guide") after filtering and blending with
rotated versions of it as environment map for the other versions.
What you see is plain accellerator output, no image filtering was
applied afterwards.
