Ok, I've got the following packages installed:
mingw-runtime-3.7.tar.gz
binutils-2.15.94-20050118-1.tar.gz
mingw32-make-3.80.0-3.exe
gcc-core-3.4.2-20040916-1.tar.gz
gcc-g++-3.4.2-20040916-1.tar.gz
w32api-3.2.tar.gz
Browsing through MinGW's downloads, I can't see an optional package that
would provide the reentrant functions. I also searched the installation for
"localtime_r" without result.
I guess it could be a builtin or something I now little of. :/
