"Proper" serialization for shared_ptr (it should work for both boost:: and 
tr1:: versions) is on my to-do list, but I foresee heaps of 
non-Boost-related work in the coming days :-(

So unfortunately I'll not be able to implement both lock-free and 
serialization in time for 1.33. Sorry.
