[boost] [iostreams] Yet another utf8 code copy?

I note that there's libs/iostreams/test/detail/utf8_codecvt_facet.cpp file.
Is there any chance that instead of duplicating code, the 
boost/detail/utf8_codecvt_facet.hpp and libs/detail/utf8_codecvt_facet.cpp 
will be used, just like program_options and serialization do now?
