I have some private eMail correspondence regarding Boost.Intrusive too. 
And Tom already informed me, that I will be added to the review queue soon.

There have to be a third iteration. Even if I don't work all the 
suggestions into Boost.Intrusive 1.0, some things still need to be 
considered for the first version (e.g. I want to push the 'privateness' 
as far as possible). I hope to finish this iteration today. I will post 
a message in this thread.
