[boost] [mpl] problems with VC7.0 + /Za

Hi,

In porting Boost.Range to VC7, I discovered that several MPL headers do not
compile if language extensions are disabled. I have verified the problem with
the logical metafunctions (and, or, ...), the arithmetic metafunctions (plus,
divides, ...) and the bitwise arithmetic functions.
