Initial Comment:
Are there any plans to release a version of the smart
pointer library that will compile under embedded VC++
4.0?  While trying to resolve the following compiler error:

"shared_count.hpp(116) : error C2039: 'type_info' : is
not a member of 'std'"

 I noticed that there are include files referenced in
the hpp files that  do not exist in the SDK provided
with eVC++.
