[boost] quickbook formatting problem

Hi all,

I am now having a problem formatting the source code in the quickbook.  As
documentation suggests, I put tab in front of the source code, and it
appears preformatted in the browser, however there is no syntax hilighting
nor gray backround.

What could be wrong?
