I'd give the one that I use, which is part of the Botan cryptography 
library (http://botan.randombit.net/), a WOW factor of at least 4 (in 
the 1-5 scale). But maybe I'm just biased because I'm using it and it 
does exactly what I need it to do in the most efficient manner.
