[boost] vc7 being detected as vc-7_1

This is the compiler I'm using:

This is using the "Visual Studio .NET Command Prompt".

I have applied a "SDK 1" patch to my installation.

And I do have Visual Studio .NET 2003 installed on this machine.

But trying to run the Serialization tests today I notice it detecting
the vc-7_1 toolset:

etc., and later on:

Has anyone experienced this?

I'm trying to help with the vc7 failures in Serialization.
