Recent tests from FFT-aCC for HP aCC
6.00 seem to point at a missing
#include <ostream> in boost/test/progress_monitor.hpp:

This is currently blocking many many testcases
in FFT-aCC. I can propose & commit a patch
for this in about 10 hrs, unless someone
takes the job before.
