Summary: boost::filesystem::equivalent does not work on w98
Initial Comment:
At runtime, boost::filesystem::equivalent triggers an
"unsupported operation" error on w98.
PS: Maybe for it to work, i would have had to compile
the library with some specific _WINVER, _WINDOWS, or
_WINNT preprocessor definitions?
