[boost] Type Traits Documentation Outdated?

It seems like the type traits docs have suffered some stagnation over
time.  For example, is it documented somewhere that almost all the
traits are also Metafunctions?  Also, the "guidelines for integral
constant expressions" probably ought to be updated to recommend the
use of MPL operations on integral constant wrappers instead of the
baroque and long-winded ice_whatever templates.  Thoughts?
