Summary: Build is very slow with VC6

Initial Comment:
Since I start using boost libriaires in my project, it
takes about 20 second to build each of my cpp file
(less than 1 sec before using boost).
I have included all needed headers in stdafx.h and
nowhere else, and it is still so long.

Can someone help me to build faster.

Compiler: VC ++ 6
Boost: 1_32_00
