Dominic Jain, and the statement "Unfortunately there's no similar utility
for Outlook Users; they will have to clean up their posts manually."  

In actual fact, the nice Mr Jain has also written Outlook-Quotefix available
at:

(This is particularly generous of him as he doesn't actually /use/ Outlook -
just Outlook Express).  It would be good if somebody could update the
discussion policy document.
