[boost] Fwd from ms.p.vc.l: Boost with VC6

Just an FYI related to first time boost users efforts at installation. I'm 
forwarding this from microsoft.public.vc.language. I've answered this to the 
best of my abilities in that thread, and suggested that the OP join the 
boost.user list.
