Works OK in debug, but in release it tries to link to dll, despite
#define Boost_LOG_NOLIB

Perhaps by design?

Documentation looks as good as one can expect when written by the code
author - by definition, they are incapable of making an Really Fine job of
this ;-)

I am just about to upgrade to the 8.0 release, and the time I have allotted
to this review is consumed, but I persuded that this is the one to go for.
