Summary: header problem in boost::test

Initial Comment:
The macro "BOOST_PARAM_TEST_CASE" of the boost::test 
library is not included with the 
header "unit_test_suite.hpp " as statet in the 
documentation.
To use this macro the header "parameterized_test.hpp" 
has to be included.
