c++filt gives "boost::unit_test::(anonymous namespace)::results_collector"

I think it's a problem in GCC, not in Boost, because GCC on Windows 
works without error if source files are located in the current 
directory. I suspect there's a problem with GCC's anonymous namespace 
handling.
