Yes, its a templated getline that is using a bare '\n'
instead of a specialised form for wchar_t or calling widen()
etc.

I've applied the program_options patches. Thanks.
Does the compiler has the same getline problem as Comeau
-- calling wide version without explicit L'\n' fails?
