Hi all,
I'd also like to thank everybody for the informed critique and
robust discussion :)
Sorry if I didn't reply to some emails - it has been quite a
challenge to manage the deluge. As it's now late on New Years
Eve I'm going to have a drink and ignore the computer...
for a few hours at least.
