We're seeing some breakage somewhere in the process, but I don't know  
what's going on. For a while, the i18n merge of Filesystem had a few  
platforms broken. I'm not sure what's happening now: for instance, my  
OSL3 tester (GCC 2.95.3 on Linux) is submitting empty XML files with  
this lovely failure:
