Yep!

I happened to use ":sys:stat.h" as the regression test case, and it still
threw. Turns out the error code is ERROR_INVALID_NAME for
"tools/build/jam_src/:sys:stat.h", but ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER for
":sys:stat.h".

Both cases fixed in CVS.
