Thanks for the updated version. I thought I'd pass along to you that I had to
add an inline to "std::size_t float_to_size_t(float f)" in
"unordered/detail/hash_table.hpp" to get my project to build in VS 2003.
Otherwise, I recieved several duplicate definition linking errors.
