Thanks, Gennadiy and Caleb.

My environment variable setting has not changed (from my 
.cshrc file), so this is interesting - either the spelling 
of the value has changed in the newer version of Boost 
Test, or the old spelling I was using worked 
"accidentally".

In any case, it's working now (and I figured it was 
something simple).
