[boost] Repost: [inspect] Bug report: Terminates with std::out_of_rangeexception

Hi there

The following was posted a week ago:

Is this already known and a fix in the works? If the author (Beman Dawes 
?) doesn't have time to investigate this, I'd happily give it a try.
