Sorry for nagging about this, but I see that the regression tests for
VC6.5 and VC7.0 are up. I know we're in feature freeze, but from what
I understand much of the point of setting up the VC6.5 and VC7.0
regression tests again was to have a version of BOOST with the
remove_xxx hack in it. What should we do about it?
