Happy Anniversary, Boost.CircularBuffer,
you have been accepted to Boost two years ago, after two weeks of
thorough review.
However, something sad happened then. You went away, leaving poor
developers without a clue what your future might be, and causing much
grief among the pieces of software that were awaiting to embrace you.
