boost-wave is to build wave shared (is this in boost cvs?)
boost-mt is my own patch to mersenne twister to add serialization support
boost-ublas is my own patch to ublas vector to bypass default construction
boost-serial is I think now in boost cvs to support build with new gcc (>= 4.1?)
