Actually, it's not included - at least not the last time I tried (which is
only a few minutes ago).
I've only tried the Dublin and Ishikawa mirrors though, could there be a
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
