Hum, where we spoke about the available timers on windows
(QueryPerformanceCounter, etc) where no one mentionned GetProcessTimes or
when we spoke about the design problem of timers that aren't based on time,
but nevermind :) What counts is that I now can modify my code with a better
design.

I'll post code change in some days.
