Does this mean we want to add an empty base-class to std::relops, that
allows user defined types to work by deriving from this tag-class?

Thinking more in terms of WG21 than Boost here, so if the answer is
more than a simple Yes or No, I suggest we take the discussion
elsewhere <g>
