Another update just committed. It fixes several issues concerning not
too used features (such as detecting dots in directory names) and
should have a more consistent output. In addition, it removes
dependency on bind and next_prior.
I was wondering, in any case, if, with DVD players in everyone's home,
we still care about ISO 9660.
