In the current implementation of quickbook, if the expansion of a template
yields a new section, that section is not added to the table of contents. I
am currently using templates to ease the creation of a series of sections
which follow a specific pattern (algorithm descriptions), and it would be
greate if the sections were added to the content just like all other
sections.

As another suggestion, on the first page of documentation generated using
quickbook I would like to be able to put a brief, one-line description of
the library being documented prior to the table of contents. Is this doable
with quickbook in its current form? As well, when using quickbook, the first
section of documentation seems to always automatically be included on the
same page as the overall table of contents -- is there any way to force that
section onto a separate page?
