I have a half-finished validating push parser on sourceforge, at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/axemill

It needs a bit of work, because it was built using an older version of boost,
and the API has changed in the meantime, but it was working --- it could parse
the XHTML DTD, and validate XHTML docs.

I'll try and find the time to update it so it works again.
