[boost] [fusion] inner product example

Hi all,

FWIW I uploaded an updated version of the Boost.Fusion dot product example into
the boost vault in the Generic programming directory. Gives a sort of beginners
view of Fusion. Ultimately I hope to extend it to track development of a fusion
matrix too:
