[boost] [fusion] defining tags

Is it intentional that
http://boost-consulting.com/boost/libs/fusion/doc/html/fusion/extension.html
suggests defining the new sequence tag in namespace boost::fusion?

If so, why are you doing that?  Inviting people to add definitions in
the library's namespace is usually a bad idea.
