[boost] BOOST and microsoft visual c++ 2003 .NET internal compiler error in precompiled header

Hi.

 

The precompiled apply_wrap.hpp fails when included in xx.cpp file.. The
Microsoft compiler fails due to internal compiler error..

Is there nothing to do to get further with this problem?
