[boost] [program_options] Small typo in the manual

Hi,

Note, I'm not 100% sure it's a good idea to post here bugs/typos
comments here, but as I've read on this page
http://www.boost.org/more/bugs.htm it should be fine.

In "Syntactic Information" section of manual of
the Boost.Program_options library:

there is a small typo that might be misleading for new readers.
In paragraph starting with "For the first parameter, we...",
3rd statement starts with:

"For the first option,..."

but I believe it should read:

"For the second option,..."
