[boost] [program_options] Potential bug in options_description.cpp

While reviewing diff of options_description.cpp  rev 1.14 and 1.17 , I came
across of potential bug in line 417:
417 :                                     (line_length - indent) / 2)

However, line_length already had been decrease by "indent" in line 332 (
introduced in rev 1.15)

I assume that correction is:

417 :                                     (line_length) / 2)
