Gah, I think the list may have stripped it.  Enclosed again, but just

NOTE: if you simply follow this link instead of downloading it, your
browser will probably display something garbled because the webserver
is an old version of Apache that can't handle utf-8.  Download the
file to your disk instead (starting at
http://boost.cvs.sourceforge.net/boost/boost/more/getting_started.html?view=log
might be easier) and then view the file.
