[boost] Web access to CVS

Hi!

Some days ago I proposed to introduce what already exists:
http://engineering.meta-comm.com/boost.aspx
provides daily snapshots of boost.

So as long as this service exists, can't we have a link below
"Other Resources" at the boost main site?
