Initial Comment:
I'm trying to build boost with Metrowerks Codewarrior 9.3 on a Mac under OSX.  Do I have to recompile the Metrowerks libraries to support multi-threading, e.g., _MSL_THREADSAFE, for boost to work?  If so, which libraries need to be rebuit?  Thanks.
