As I understand the wording of the license, to include part of the code
in your work you must

a) reproduce the copyright statement
b) reproduce the license text

Since you are also operating under BSL, b) is already fullfiled, so you
only need do the a) part, possibly in the form of a comment above the
pasted snippet with the original copyright notice.
