[boost] [1.34.0] borland tlib fixes

I've fixed the attached to increase the magic 'page size'
parameter to tlib. The borland.jam has two places where
tlib was invoked -- cygwin case and non-cygwin case,
and the former passed the "right" value while the latter passed nothing.

With the too small value, tlib would fail with various funny 
messages.

I'd appreciate another borland tests re-run.
