[boost] Any interest in a VList container?

Is there any interest in Boost for a VList container? I became
interested in this data structure after seeing it in Christopher
Diggins' OOTL. I have started on a couple of different implementations
and would like to explore one of them further, ideally with the help
of the Boost community, and resulting in a submission to Boost.
