[boost] Any interest in a VList container?

I'm looking at Phil Bagwell's "Fast Functional Lists, Hash-Lists,  
Deques and
Variable Length Arrays" at http://lampwww.epfl.ch/papers/ 
techlists.pdf, and
they do like useful data structures.
