[boost] boost extension/plugin library is available

A proposed Boost.Extension library is ready for anyone who is interested to
check out:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/boost-extension/

There are examples as well as unit tests that do a good job of showing how
to use the library. Also refer to my previous e-mail (from yesterday) that
goes into a lot of depth about the library.

Any advice/thoughts/questions/requests are appreciated.
