[boost] [tokenizer] missing include?

If you include <boost/token_functions.hpp> before <boost/tokenizer.hpp> you 
get a flood of error which seem to stem from it not including 
<boost/type_traits/is_pointer.hpp>.  (this is with RC_1_34_0)
