This isn't a big issue to me, but it does seem inconsistent. Yes, the
unit is called "nautical miles", but would you also propose that "US
survey foot" be US::survey::foot?
The precedent you seem to have set with the other unit systems is
system::unit. I think nautical::miles is inconsistent.
